Key question: Did the study test the low-frequency octave-band limits (31.5 Hz and 63 Hz) in N.J.A.C. 7:29-1.2 at the nearest homes, at the nighttime limits, or only the overall dBA level? Low frequencies travel farther.
The application for the backup generators: number and size of generators, emissions estimates and testing schedule.
Records on the pesticide-contaminated soil (dieldrin and chlordane) and the capped soil berms on the site.
Any water allocation, water supply or sewer approvals for the facility.
